Another Waterborne Corvette Disaster!

Continuing our "horrified fascination" series, here's a tale of soggy woe from Texas, where this C5 'Vette was located by divers after being spotted on a fish-finder sonar. The car was reported stolen back in 2005, and was apparently driven into the lake. The truly amazing part of the story is that the car made it about 40 yards into the water before it sank, so either it was really going fast or Corvettes make better boats than we thought!
